The Arunium by Monolo Blahnik is one of those heelless shoes; the trick is that the bottom flap starts far enough back that your weight is in the center of your arch. Trust me I did a project on these a few years back. Priced at $3145 they are killer. Killer hot and killer to your wallet. I'll get them one day...
