With soft curls in her hair and the bold deep maroon shoes on her feet, every girl on top of the neutral/lace trend this fall is envious. Futhermore, you have to give her kudos for selecting this particular dress. Lace, ruffles and flowers; it must have looked intimidating on a hanger.However, I would expect nothing less from Ms. Palermo. She looks absolutely amazing.
